Measuring a mere 145mm in diameter yet pack in even more features than the previous models, now smaller and even quieter the number of potential applications are limitless. The Fast Domes's hgih performance color camera is equipped with a 17X optical auto-focus zoom lens.

A resolution of 480TV lines provides high definition images and Ditital Signal Processing maintains optimum quality in varying condition with intelligent use of Back Light Compensation, Auto Zoom,Etc.

Up to 128 preset positions can be programmed and stored in each dome, these can be recalled manually, as part of a tour, or triggered by one of the six local alarm inputs. All data is saved in non-volatile memory so the dome will revert to previous operation after any power loss, additionally the dome will still respond to alarm inputs even if the communication cable is disconnected for any reason.

Installation is fast and simple with push fit connections for RS-485 telemetry and alarms, twist and lock mounting onto the base plate and an external PSU. Each Fast Dome is addressed via a dip-switch with direct connection to a control keyboard, via a matrix and even from a PC.

For the internal applications there are two options for ceiling mounting: either embedded (false ceiling) or attached (fixed ceiling). Only a small ceiling void is needed for the embedded mount and this leaves only the lower tinted cover of the dome showing, making a descreet and attractive installation.

Optional Accessories:
	This keybaord can be used to control domes directly, a matrix switcher or an entire system, via our standard RS-485 telemetry protocol. There are control keys for every major function of the matrix switchers, fast dome cameras and telemetry receivers including proportional joystic, one-touch preset buttons, autopan and lens controls. LED lamps indicate whether focus and iris are set to manual or auto for the current dome and whether it is set in Autopan mode. 12Vdc power is connected via a jack on the rear panel, alongside teh 2 DIN connectors for RS-485 input and output. A LED lamp indicates when power is on and an audible tone confirms keystrokes, accepted commands and alarm activation. A dip-switch configures each keyboard for either direct connection to a dome, connection to a matrix as a master or connection to a master keyboard as one of seven slaves. The keyboard is constructed from extruded aluminium with plastic end caps and buttons. A 12Vdc supply is included.

PIH-PM Pole Mount Adapter

This adapter enables a PIH-510L housing to be fixed to a vertical pole. The adapter is clamped around the pole using the supplied bolts and the housing and bracket bolts on to it. Suitalbe for poles diameters from 2.5 to 7 inch, it weights 2Kg.

PIH-CM Corner Mount Adapter

To enalbe a 270 degree field of view the PIH-510L can be be mounted onto the corner of a building with this adapter. It is made from aluminum, weights 2.5Kg, is finished in grey and provides sturdy fixing on two right angle walls.
